How many food courts are there really in Italy? And how are they evolving in shopping centres, airports and railway stations?
To answer these questions, solid data, structured analysis and a shared vision are needed.
That is why we are proud to have collaborated with Food Service on the creation of the Food Court Map, presented yesterday at MAPIC Italy as part of the Food Court Observatory.
UrbiStat’s contribution made it possible to bring to the stage a quantitative and territorial reading of the phenomenon, integrated with the perspectives of landlords and tenants.
